This portal is generally available 24 hours a day, unless otherwise noted here. During peak periods, you may experience a slight delay or "try again message." NOTE for Fall 2024 New Admits: If you are a new First-Year student, please note that it takes 2 business days between when you receive your Andrew ID from the university until you are imported into the Housing system and can access the Housing application. If you continue having issues accessing the application after more than 2 full business days have passed from setting up your Andrew ID, please contact us at housing@andrew.cmu.edu.
